All accommodations is set in a peaceful, sunny courtyard lawn area at the rear of the property. Filled with native fruit trees, the garden surroundings offer a tranquil escape from the main road. The fine print
There is a 3.15% Surcharge for all bookings online. On Checking -in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification.
The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. There is a refundable bond of NZD $150 for incidental charges and damages, if any, for the stay while paying in Cash or Debit Card.
Please Note: Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans.
Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancelations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodations cost per room booked.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of NZD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
