The hotel is located 11 mi from downtown Auckland and 6.8 mi from Manukau City. Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancelations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodations cost per room booked.

The fine print
that there is a 3.15 % charge when you pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. In absence of valid credit card (not Visa Debit) $150 refundable bond payable. Minimum age for check in is 18 Years. Guests must present Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination granted via Government of New Zealand.
