In the instance where the credit card used does not belong to the guest checking in a credit card authorization form must be provided. Forms can be requested from from the property prior to arrival. Bookings with invalid credit card and contact details are subject to cancelation at the discretion of the property.
All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay on arrival.
Monday - Sunday:
6:30am to 11:00pm Reception desk will be manned.
11:00pm to 6:30am, a staff member will be on call for any assistance.

A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
