Great location, wonderful service, very large, clean, and nicely-appointed room. We used the pool frequently and enjoyed sitting on the canopied rooftop patio watching the ocean during the rain. This was, by far, the nicest place we stayed on our trip. We stayed at a time that wasn't very busy. I can imagine that the pool area gets crowded during peak times.

A short drive from the beach, this family-owned and operated hotel offers a unique Caribbean experience with comfortable guestrooms and delicious dining options in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Gardens, terrace and areas to laying down. Pool, jacuzzi and food. My room was large and comfy, my mom’s was comfy but no view and bathroom so small. But nice anyway.

    Gringo town where English is the default, but lively! Good food options overall. West side for sunsets! You'll need to go to the south side of the island for swimming spots, the beaches here are for serious surfers only.

    Spent two weeks in Rincon moving to different beaches, and can say without question it is a beautiful region of Puerto Rico, lovely beaches, people and food, all with a relaxed vibe and felt safe at all times, really enjoyed our experience even if all too short.

    Restaurants were great - from beer company to tacos and Nacho Libre to the food trucks. All were delicious and reasonably priced for Puerto Rico. The coffee trucks in the morning is where its at for coffee. Also, check out the wandering Bagel!!! You won't be disappointed. Getting around is easy if you have a car which you likely do if you came from San Juan. Fav activities included the beaches on our property, domes beach, Puerto Rico Winter baseball League, small town and local feel.

    We didn't stay downtown Rincon, but just outside about a 10 minute drive close to Steps Beach, where lots of surfers hang out. The downtown itself seemed very lively and there were some good restaurants that catered to different tastes and different price points. The beach in Rincon itself was quite large and wide and it had fine, yellow sand and beautiful sunsets. Lots of people gathered there to watch the sun go down. It seemed very popular with locals and tourists alike.

    Rincon is a lovely tourist town. So many restaurants, and stores- there is something for everyone. A variety of beaches to choose from and beautiful sunsets at the Lighthouse. It is a surfer's paradise!

    Rincon Plaza Hotel We where looking for a short stay inbetween our beach stays in Rincon and we could not have been better positioned to sample the town, right opposite the main square and with a fabulous little cafe just outside the door, although the hotel is fairly basic and old fashioned it is perfectly acceptable in this setting, and provides you with immediate access to this charming and friendly town.
