The Tróia Peninsula is accessible via ferry boat from Setúbal or via mainland coming from Alcácer do Sal 25 mi away. Across the Sado Estuary Natural Reserve, guests can view the Arrábida Natural Park. Lisbon International Airport is 31 mi away via ferry boat. Pestana Troia Eco Resort is a Resort operated by the Pestana Group, however it belongs to owners who have acquired their villas and flats. Entrance is allowed and parking is guaranteed for one vehicle per reservation. The others can be parked at the main entrance of the Hotel in the parking lot next to the reception

Please inform Pestana Troia Eco-Resort & Residences of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
