Brand new condo! Perfect for single or couple travelers. This place has everything and it’s a 5 minute drive to Pattaya's Walking Street. Your in luck, I have a brand new motorcycle that you can rent as well. If your hungry there is plenty of street food in front of the condo and if your feeling like ordering in, your in luck there’s a menu in the room you can order local Thai food and have it delivered right to the door. This place includes a 4,000 sqm lagoon pool with submerged sun-beds & chill-out zones, artificial beach areas, ‘Jacuzzi caves’, tropical islands and swim-up pool bars. This 4-building resort style condominium features a fully managed beach club and a plethora of first-class,luxury facilities including a beach club with a rooftop bar, terraced restaurant serving Thai and International cuisine, fully-equipped fitness centre, spa, shopping arcade and underground parking. Easy access to Pattaya Beach, Queen Sirikit Park, Jomtien Beach and Pratamnak• Free Underground parking,2 tropical swimming pools on two levels divided in partitioned areas offering seclusion and privacy•24 hour security.
