Guests made a reservation under free cancellation policy would require payment in full amount at the time of arrival.
Guests made a reservation under non refundable policy would require the full amount to be prepaid in advance. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guest should be showed the original credit card upon arrival.
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our property and services, please note that renovations are currently ongoing in the guest rooms of the Scenery Wing on Floors 18 to 20, from 15 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. (During time 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.)
Please note that all other areas of the hotel will continue to operate as usual. Our team will do their utmost to ensure your stay remains pleasant and comfortable during this time.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
