Please note that the working hours of the check-in office at the Resort are 8 am - 5 pm. Guests arriving outside the office hours have to inform the Resort about the arrival time in advance AND pay a fee of 1,000 baht for arranging the check-in staff and handing the room keys.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 09:00:00.
A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
