Nice beach, locals seemed friendly. Quiet, not crowds, preferred for me. Heading down trail incredible wide view of beach. Beautiful. Dog friendly. Even in the cold the walk is easy and really nice. Shells around and up by edges some incredible driftwood.

We have been to the Periwinkle for 15 years. We use to love it.
It is for sale now and has run down furniture, cookware, and kitchen stove and cabinets. Vacasa who is managing was not at all helpful when we called.

If you want a low key and relaxing stay this is the place to be. There is not alot to do, but you have the beautiful beach with a very short walk to enjoy. Also check out the Surf House coffee shop and the You and I teriyaki restaurant . You won't be disappointed. Ocean Shores is also close by with about a 30 minute drive.

Pacific Beach was boring and had little invite.
Pacific Beach was boring and had little invite. SeaBrook; however was an unexpected surprise. It is a lovely small community with quaint little shops and very welcoming (if you can afford it). It was lovely but maybe a little too new and perfect and not too diverse with regards to shops and people.

Love the accessibility to the beach & that its not crowded.
Love the accessibility to the beach & that its not crowded. Rooms & cabins have a lot of character, but could use a little sprucing up. We really enjoy our time there & will continue to come back year after year!

Blue Wave Cottage has good access to the beaches and good amenities for a comfortable stay. Movies and games available for rainy days. A fenced in backyard fire pit was great for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows.
Loved the location and facilities offered in the hotel/condo, especially since there were 4 of us, the fact that the unit had 2 bedrooms in it was perfect. The room had everything we needed, the location was super close to the beach, the nautical/ocean theme (with all my favorite blue and turquoise colors) added a nice touch to my birthday weekend celebration.
We vacation at Pacific Beach often since we got married there in 2014, and family joins us when we can visit again. This vacation rental was comfortable with some exceptions, and suited us well. We'd consider bringing the whole family in the future.
