The Hotel will not rent a room to an individual who resides within the Farmington city area and a twenty (20) mile radius beyond City of Farmington.
The Hotel will check identification documents of guests and confirm the guests’ residence addresses for the uniform application of the policy.
If a potential guest requests an exception to this policy (e.g., based upon an emergency or fulfilling of a lawful duty or service), the Hotel reserves the absolute right and discretion to decide the exception based upon evidence requested from and provided by the guest.
