No coffee maker. No microwave. Hair dryer did not work.

No coffee maker. No microwave. Hair dryer did not work. Freezer fridge was frozen solid with frost. Hotel staff were great. Food and service at Guy Fieri’s Tunica was horrible. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Horrible service and horrible hotel rooms! Restaurant service was pitiful and they weren't even busy. hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. Rooms were over-priced!!! Nothing about this hotel was worth it.

Having been a slot player for thirty years, and winning an average of $225,000.00 a year, I would not recommend Tunica for slot payers. I won all my money at Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos in Connecticut. Mississippi casinos just take your money and never give back!! They are doing poorly because players are not coming back. Some of the casinos have closed because their revenue was not enough to stay open. When you win you come back. When you lose constantly you never return!!

The only staff member other than security staff that was nice was our server at breakfast. The Horseshoe Casinos website is not trustworthy. They don’t have free breakfast as stated. We was charged an extra $100 deposit that was not mentioned at time of booking, it supposedly is refunded to you later, but they don’t mention that the whole amount is not refunded. They keep $29.00 of it. The room was absolutely filthy. Being disappointed is an understatement. This was our first and last trip to Tunica. They have a great moneymaking racket. Good luck to the other folks who make a decision to stay there

Liked that room was mostly updated.

Liked that room was mostly updated. Did not like: Not told prior to arriving additional $8.00 per day "resort FEE or what it covered. Had to pay or felt I would need to leave. No detailed receipt. Non- smoking room smelled of smoke, even the clean cloths when I arrived home. No daily cleaning option - just no cleaning during our entire stay. No emergency, "resort", internet or TV information in the room. No coffee in room or lobby - had to go to the cassino bar.

Of the inexpensive hotels in Tunica/Robinsonville this is by far the best. The competition is shody and run down and often stinks of marijuana or Indian cooking, this place was none of that. A pleasant surprise.
