Omni Providence is a big hotel with lots of rooms. Our neat room had a nice view, we could see State Hall. The hotel is connected to the mall, however we had some troubles finding the elevators. The entire start is friendly and welcoming. Loved the coffee corner.

Providence is a lovely city, and I enjoyed visiting the RISD museum. Also, since I live in the Midwest, I found the opportunity to each New England's seafood really great. There are lots of good places to eat seafood near the hotel.

I loved the Downtown City View, the Whole Foods market up the street in which we could easily walk to. There was a Greggs's restaurant not too far from where we stayed that had amazing food and endless desserts.

We didn’t have any problems with our stay we love the Omni.
We didn’t have any problems with our stay we love the Omni. But one thing I would absolutely change about the Omni has to be the room service menu. We've noticed it was the same items from our last stay and it still didn't taste all that great. The fries, the clam chowder, the turkey club sandwich was the best thing. Our burgers were a little burnt, the pizza tasted like tomato juice and the chicken crusted sandwich had a lot of lemon juice or it.

Ideally located just a short walk to Federal Hill.
Ideally located just a short walk to Federal Hill. It had all the amenities we could have possibly needed for a short weekend away. The place was very clean and if it were warmer we would have taken advantage of the porch.

Providence is an under appreciated weekend go-to.
Providence is an under appreciated weekend go-to. A very walkable city with great little restaurants and/bars located around almost every corner. In a long weekend's time, we took in a PBruins Hockey game, found some great BBQ, walked and shopped a very crowded and busy Mall. There are some very affordable Hotels and food/beverage/shopping ALL in walking distance.

The rooms designated to people who book through a 3rd party site was horrible. The furniture in the room was stained and old in appearance, stains on shower curtain and bed linen. The staff did change the room but it wasn’t much better. The tub had hair in it, had to flush the toilet several times. The pictures of the room was nothing like the actual stay and for almost $500 for one night definitely wasn’t worth it. I even paid extra to upgrade my room and was still disappointing. Would not book again when in Providence.

We were a complicated family group and this apartment met everyone's needs well. Most importantly, when we needed help, the owners responded quickly, thoroughly, and with real interest in us. We didn't think it would be possible to find a place in that part of Providence, but it was a nice, safe home away from home just where we needed it to be.
Exceptional, beautiful historic building with spacious suites and very comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Everything in a perfect downtown location - walking distance to everywhere.
And on the top of everything - Glass Elevator that ( as the label says) could be used „for time travels only” :-)))
Very comfortable and welcoming hotel handy to town centre, bus station and railway station. Nice big clean room. Friendly staff. great brewery pub next door.
