Horribly run hotel. If they are having so many technical difficulties, the logical thing would be to fix them and THEN open. Instead they and their investors rushed to open while not being ready and the guests had to bare the Technical difficulties of their corporate greed. That is not how you retain your customers. That is only a way to make quick buck the first time around and only one time! No more!

The whole setup.
The whole setup. It was excellent to have the Embassy Suite right there. That is an excellent use of resources. Genius. If you want a simple breakfast you could get it at the Homewood, but for omelets and waffles, then the Embassy staff were there. The pool looked excellent and I plan to use it the next time. It was upper scale on the one hand, but down to earth and comfortable on the other hand. Restaurants nearby were good. I enjoyed my stay.
It is a well equipped hotel. I saw gym, breakfast facility(Though I didn't use them).
It is closer to the airport.
Receptionist looked at our family of 4(with two kids) and upgraded our room from one bed to two beds as 1 bed might not be enough as there is no Sofa aswell to sleep. I was not sure why Booking.come website allowed me to book the room when the space might not be big enough.
The room was very nice. The facility appeared new. MThis is a dog friendly hotel. While I do travel occasionally with my dog I did not bring him on this trip. I received multiple flee bites on my arms and legs. Apparently there was a dog or cat in the room before me that left them behind.
This place is absolutely beautiful! The decor is impeccable and the host was very courteous and accommodating. I will certainly stay here the next time I visit family in Ashburn. This is also the perfect getaway for a quick self care relaxing weekend.
It's a newly build and modern hotel with thoughtful design choices. The location is also good and withing walking distance of One Loudoun downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby had good amenities and was nice to hang out in.
The hotel has many wonderful features. It is modern and fresh. It is very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower strong, and the heat/AC easily adjusted. The location to Dulles Airport couldn't be better.
Booking.com made my reservation and the hotel did not have it. Luckily they had extra rooms. Mulitple people chdcking in all had same problem. Apparently booking.com is a complete mess. Steer clear at all costs.
Breakfast is great. The woman who makes omelettes makes the best omelettes I’ve ever had. No joke. The hotel just refurbished with some new furniture. It looks a bit cheap and mismatched in the rooms.
Pool for the kids, nice bar for the parents, tables for bringing in dinner or eating breakfast - everything accounted for. Fun decor so not a boring hotel when you have to stay in.
breakfast was average, but hotel was very clean, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. coffee and tea available all day.
Common area facilities and room were nice, welcoming and clean. Buffet breakfast was typical of the hotel industry. Parking was adequate, but not worthy of a $10 parking fee.
Good size rooms and comfortable bed. Microwave, fridge and an ice machine was good to have available. Nice location for a work trip and quite a quiet hotel and area.
The room was spacious and clean.
The complimentary drinks during happy hour were totally unexpected, but welcomed.
Ease of check-in and check-out was great.
