Welcome home. Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. When you walk up to the property the first aspect you notice is the gate that surrounds the property 360°. Once you pass the gates the front yard is immaculately groomed by our professional gardener. The stairs lead up to the entrance where you are greeted by an all wood sitting area that reaches from floor to ceiling. The main door has the ring doorbell pro for an added security feature that opens to our foyer that looks directly at our large dining room. The dining room has custom wainscoting to provide a cozy feel while you entertain in the dining area. The dining area is currently furnished to seat six full size adults. If six is not enough the table has the ability to be extended to seat 12 individuals. As you walk to the kitchen you cannot help but notice the breath-taking views of Los Angeles experienced through our custom all wall windows both in front of the dining area.

We are located just minutes from Downtown, the Convention Center and Little Tokyo Downtown LA is now the hottest place in LA. With tons of new restaurants, bars, clubs, historical cinemas and buildings. We recommend Bottega Louie, Original Pantry Café, Earth Cafe and Philz Coffee. Little Tokyo also has delicious food, we recommend Tenno Sushi, Shabu Shabu house. Dodgers Stadium- 10 minutes Golf- 7 minutes away from Monterey Golf course and Montebello Golf course. Gamble- 18 minutes from Commerce Casino Beach- 45 minutes from Santa Monica/ Venice USC Medical Center - 5 minutes from the hospital CAL STATE LA – 5 minutes’ drive, 11 minutes of walk Hollywood Bowl and Greek Theater- 30 minutes away For any late-night cravings, we have two taco trucks down the street!
