    With the exception of the heavy traffic, we really loved it!! The beaches were great!! We ate at the Shrimp Basket. My husband's blacken red fish was very good and my shrimp and grits (creole style) was delicious!!! We recommend this restaurant!!

    Destin offers beautiful white sand beaches and a variety of great accommodations. Along with the over-priced tourist places, Destin also has some nice local attractions and restaurants. Mimmo's for Italian and Pepita's for Mexican are two of my recommendations. For fine dining try the BOGO specials at Marina Cafe. Always a great experience with great views and wonderful food. For a fun, party like cruise try the Sea Blaster Dolphin cruise.

    Just an overnight on a travel trip but hotel was exactly as listed. No surprises. Impressed they offered a breakfast. Room was hugh with a king size bed. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Shower was clean with nice hot water. Know what you are getting: a great value hotel that does all the basics very well. Don't expect a Hilton but for the price the offering can not be beat.

    After traveling to other places and beaches in FL, Destin is now our favorite! Stayed at the Sandpiper Cove Condos, a safe gated community with private beach 🥰 went on a cruise to see dolphins, ate Blue Crab at Boshamps Seafood, was going to Crab Island but due to High Tide and winds it was canceled. Will be coming back soon!

    Destin is a beautiful beach town located in the Florida Panhandle. Known for its strong community values, Destin offers delightful restaurants and charming harbors. I love the beaches and the inviting atmosphere of this smaller town. The residents are very welcoming, making it a popular tourist destination. Visitors flock to this area for vacation, where they can enjoy a variety of shops and dining options. The town features white sand beaches and clear Gulf waters, creating a wonderful environment. Additionally, Destin is family-oriented, making it an ideal spot for families to visit.

    The Staff at the desk were friendly and cheerfull. The decor was worth spending hours admiring. The waterfall and the Choi Fish were a delight. The cheerfull banter of Jamaican Ladies in house keeping were wonderfull, another delight. I checked in to go through two very intense medical treatments for cancer and physical therapy, walk much every day afterward. Ajay and Nathan checked on me every morning. Gave me great comfort in a hard time. I used the internet to continue on the business I had and set up a temp office with laptop, printer and files to continue. I stayed more than a month. My only complaint is with Manager. I stayed that long and asked to get comp for the Wed before Thanksgiving and was turned down. I was caught with no funds until the Fri after. I was told to leave and had to sleep in my truck that night. Also asked that the days stayed be put on my rewards account which was not done and Nathan kept my reciepts for my stay. I will still recomend to friends and business coleagues, but that left a bad end to a great experience.

    The location was perfect, close to many amenities. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because I was informed that it was not included. The attention of the receptionist at the restaurant for breakfast was not kind and I preferred to have breakfast elsewhere.
