Enjoy stunning ocean views with Molokai and Lanai in the background from this remodeled condo at Hololani Resort! This corner unit layout offers extra lanai areas, with an ocean view lanai from the living room and master bedroom and a lanai with views of the West Maui Mountains from the second master bedroom, where the lush valleys often display beautiful rainbows. *Please Note: Hololani is undergoing an above-ground waterproofing & spalling repair scheduled to start March 27, 2023 and complete around December 15th, 2023 (these dates are subject to change). This may affect garage parking for guests - you will need to obtain a parking pass for parking at the Royal Kahana next door. Parking passes are issued in the Ohana Room. Access to units, elevators, and stairs will b during construction. Hololani B701 does not have A/C, located on the 7th floor, and the property features an elevator. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious condo accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. B701 has been wonderfully remodeled including the fully equipped, full-size kitchen, which features hardwood cabinets, Italian fused glass backsplash, granite counters, and custom recessed lighting. The home feels fresh with Italian tile floor and modern Hawaiian décor. Enjoy eating in with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. The living room offers ocean views, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and wonderful ocean views from the ocean front lanai. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, large flat screen TV and a private lanai with views of the West Maui Mountains.

Additional Description: Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms; both equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with built in seat. The living area has a sofa that converts to a queen size bed and the unit has ceiling fans in every room, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and cable. Hololani is an ocean front resort located in Kahana, an area close to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua. Resort amenities include a heated, ocean front pool and BBQ area. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels can vary depending on conditions. There are also many other beaches walking distance and just a short drive are many of Maui's top 10 beaches! My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. There are no resort or parking fees. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to hide tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.
