When I go on vacation I don’t want to stay somewhere that’s not safe to go out at night. From what I seen it wasn’t a good neighborhood. There was a lot of police presence but not for the right reasons.

This place is awful!
This place is awful! I have never been to such a run down hotel! When I arrived there were about 10 police cars in front arresting someone in the hotel! And it only got worse, the room was horrible! Smelled bad, in disrepair, old, was afraid to sleep in the bed! Suspected drug activity, suspected prostitution at the location, very shady characters stay here, not family friendly! I guess I got what I paid for! Lesson learned!

A very worn down property not well maintained.
A very worn down property not well maintained. Room and Halls smelled of smoke. Drapes in room had broken hooks. Only one of two elevators were in service. Took Stairwell which had leftover take out food containers on a few levels. At check-in, only one person was at desk with a local social worker in line checking in what appeared to be homeless couple for a week’s stay. Also appeared that immigrant workers frequently stayed there. Many were bringing in cases of beer to be consumed. I woke up very late that night hearing (beer) bottles being broken on the roof outside. I made an error choosing this property. Lodging / properties across the street would have been the much better choice / value. Very low standards at this branded property.

Filthy, No Covid precautions, blood spots on floor, broken elevator for 5th floor room, no promised free breakfast ( as if we’d eat there!) Front desk lady cancelled our reservation and said Booking.com would refund, and gave us a cancellation receipt
i spent 6 days here. The first room was damaged. The second room was better, but the noise was terrible. The water was turned off, and we could not use the rest room. The breakfast not the best. I always stay at Homewood suites, and this one was the oldest one. I understand they are working on the hotel to upgrade it, signs are everywhere, so why not discount the rooms.
I thought the location near the airport was great. The room and lobby were very clean. Our favorite part was the staff person who worked at the breakfast buffet. She was absolutely lovely and deserved an A+ for hospitality. She talked highly of the food and the cinnamon rolls- we loved them. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at near the airport in Richmond.
We loved how accommodating the staff was. We enjoyed our room. The size & cleanliness were up to standard. & we had a great overall experience with this hotel. The airlines we’re screwing our honeymoon plans, but the hotel made amazing arrangements to appease us during such a frustrating moment.
Dirty walls, nasty sheets, dirty shower, broken pipes. Had to spread towel on the bed and slept on it like that. Did not shower at all the one night I was there. Slept in my clothes that I wore to the hotel. That’s how disgusting it was.
The hotel was well-kept and situated conveniently close to Richmond. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying up the room each day and the staff were all friendly and polite.
Did not eat breakfast. Area ok during the day but lots of undesired action after the sun went down. Saw local police in hotel parking lot during both nights stayed so far.
I didn't like nothing because I paid extra for a room that wen I got the he said that they didn't have that at the hotel but y'all still charge me for it
