Situated in the woods of Isle La Motte right on Lake Champlain, this seven-bedroom home is the ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends! You'll have spectacular lake views, a classic barn, and even a treehouse for the kids. When you're not out enjoying a fun-filled adventure, stretch out in the living room to watch a favorite Netflix or DVD movie on the large flatscreen TV. This room includes a handsome gas fireplace to warm the home on chilly nights, plus access to the expansive deck furnished with a private gas grill, a dining table, and lots of comfy seating. The family chef will love cooking up a storm in the full kitchen where you'll find a center prep island, ample counter space, and all the small and major appliances you'll need during your stay. You can enjoy your breakfasts at the kitchen table and dinner guests will love eating at the handsome wood dining room table with seating for eight. After dinner, let the dishwasher take care of all the cleanup while you head down to the firepit for an evening of toasted 'Smores and campfire stories. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have seven well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, three on the first level and four more upstairs. Good thing too, because with all the fun activities nearby, you'll be glad for the rest! Wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed coffee while the baseboard heat keeps your feet warm. You can take your first cup of coffee down to the dock then get ready for a day of fun. You'll have kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat to take out on the water, and the little ones will love playing around in the treehouse. Spend an afternoon on the private beach then come back to let the private washer/dryer get everyone's clothes nice and clean while the kids romp around the yard with the family dogs.
