Located just 1 mile from the Port of Miami, this hotel is adjacent to the Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park. American Airlines Arena is 5 minutes’ walk away.

The lobby was nice. But as soon as you get off the elevator it looks and smells terrible. The ceiling has plastic covering the walls. Our room looks like they only made the bed it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom looked like someone had just shaved in the sink and tub. Hair and razor was left there dirty. It looked like poop or puke or blood on bathroom door and front door by peephole. TV only has station.

    This was my 1st time coming to Miami and I had so much fun. One tip of advice be prepared to be stuck in traffic add an additional 10 mins so you are not arriving late to any of your destinations. The weather was beautiful.

    The park and waterfront opposite the hotel were pleasant.

    The park and waterfront opposite the hotel were pleasant. We spent a day at the beach checking out the scenery and the art deco buildings opposite the beach. The metro mover rail system was great to get around although you need to catch a bus to the beach if you don't have your own transport.

    I guess I am biased as my family live in Miami!

    I guess I am biased as my family live in Miami! Coconut Grove is a great walking neighbourhood with plenty or bars and restaurants. It’s not far from South Beach although the traffic can be crazy. Vizcaya worth a visit and the Everglades are with in easy reach. So many restaurants in Coconut Grove you will be spoiled for choice.

    The hotel was easy to check in. The shops surrounding the property were great as well as the restaurants. Perfectly met our needs prior to taking a cruise. Highly recommend this location especially to access the ports.

    Miami is a vibrant city.

    Miami is a vibrant city. People were friendly, full of hospitality. Beaches were beautiful with turquoise waters. Weather was gorgeous with 80+ degrees sun filled days. Fabulous food restaurants on Ocean rd. We ate whole Lobsters with raviol. Fashion and design wherever you look. Sites, like Versace home, Art Deco historical buildings and palm trees everywhere. We absolutely loved it! Can't wait to come back!

    Good location in Brickell for work but in terms of a vacation not ideal. Few restaurants arounds and those are all high end and expensive, Great service at reception and valet parking. With a car good access to Key Biscayne, South Miami and to Miami Beach etc. very easy access to Interstate 1 or the 95 / 836 from airport. We visited Fairchild Gardens and the Vizcaya Museum and Coconut Grove for which the location was good. Also a trip on the Miami River and Biscayne Bay.

    The breakfast was good, the hotel is located conveniently across the bridge from south beach and walking distance to the art district. The younger gentleman at the reception with the glasses was very friendly and tried his best to fix the issues we were having while we were there. The same CAN't be said about the other personnel at the reception we later spoke to, it was a lot of gaslighting cutting my wife of during the phone calls etc.

    The view from the apt was really amazing !! The apt is very comfortable and the host very kind and ready to give all the replies to our questions and help to cope with our necessities. The position is perfect to visit Brickell and Miami ...you need the car only for going to South Beach or for other trips out of the city.
