Property info

Relax and enjoy this 2BR/1BA Pacific Beach apartment. Located half a block away from Garnet Ave for delicious food and cafes. Crystal Pier at Pacific Beach is a mile away, La Jolla is less than 3 miles NW, and Mission Beach is less than 3 miles SW of the apartment. Also, a busy farmers market on Hornblend St every Tuesday 2PM-7PM, just a 15-minute walk away. Unit has an assigned parking spot just for one car in the alleyway, please see photos in the listing. If you have trouble, message me!

Neighborhood info

A personal parking spot is located in the alleyway behind the apartment building. On Hornblend St, head towards Gresham St, turn right at the alleyway next to PB PUB, and look for a white building with a green door. The parking spot is located to the right of the green door, see listing photos.
