Siren's Song is simply irresistible. Located on a quiet street four lots from the ocean, this home has access to an uncrowded mid-Avon beach. The ground level has a convenient all-weather entry and a small storage room with a washer/dryer for your convenience. The first level has a wonderfully appointed living area that leads to the extra-large dining table and a spacious deck. The kitchen is equipped to the nines and has a breakfast bar and access to an inviting screened porch with a picnic table for open-air dining. An attractive private deck off the main bedroom provides bird's eye views of the ocean and a great place to soak up the sun. Things to Know Free WiFi You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
