Close to all the action - air conditioning was very cold. Although the air conditioning perform well, it seemed to be rattly & Noisy. Hot water and water pressure was great in shower, however shower was small.

I like having a door code so I don't have to meet in person with someone and we can arrive at our leisure. The location is incredible as are the views. The unit was well-stocked with what we needed, but just the basics. I really like that the until provides beach chairs. The description is incorrect in the listing and says Memorial Day-Labor Day. It also has an incorrect number for the chair service. I tracked down the correct number and found out that chairs are included in April as well - a great perk.

The location in the gated community was amazingly fabulously great. We loved the walk to the swimming pool and the restaurants close by. The walk to the actual beach was not bad.

    Beautiful.

Beautiful. However, I do feel that the people who do the rental of chairs and umbrellas take up the entire private beach leaving no room for people who bring their own chairs and umbrellas. They are very expensive and that is really unfair - - - a racket!

Right on the soft white sand beach!

Right on the soft white sand beach! Great view from the 4th floor very spacious balcony right above the beach but no elevator to the unit. The furniture is dated but other pluses make that less of an issue for me - tossed flat sheets over it. 2nd time in this rental and will come again. Loved walking to Seagrove Beach town center ; 2 miles to it. Don’t skip to venture behind the market place and look at all the charming houses. Access to the unit is via door code, and 2 fobs provided for the access through the beach gate.

Santa Rosa Beach has beautiful white sand beaches and clear aqua water. The water was too cold to swim in this time of year but nice for sitting on the beach. Our hotel was not on the beach but not far away from it. We ate twice at Bayou Bills and the food and service was great. We had a wonderful breakfast at The Donut Hole. The traffic is very congested on Hwy 98 but that is where many restaurants are located and the two I mentioned are not very far from 30A. We definately will make another trip to Santa Rosa Beach!

The beach and the area was beautiful.

The beach and the area was beautiful. There were dogs everywhere and we own a dog and brought her, but the rules for dogs are very strict and unreasonable. We couldn't even take our dog on the beach! We are very considerate owners and clean up completely after our dog but evidently we have to pay the price for others who may not. I do not know the reason for the beach not allowing dogs but this rule needs to be at least enforced with a fee for dogs that is reasonable but not that you have to own property!!

Stayed for the Wine Festival and was very impressed with the wine, dessert, and main meal food selections even though they were bite-size, we were very full by the end of the festival. The vendors were very nice upon returning even several times in a row. Within walking distance to all the shops and dining establishments. The Sunday Farmer's market is amazing. Dined at the Paradis Friday night, then the Pescado on Saturday night. Liked both and the view from the Pescado was very memorable since we watched the sunset from their open air rooftop location. Used Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental company and made arrangements through Booking.com, all went very smoothly, no issues. Cecelia at the front desk was remarkable and makes us want to stay again.

Santa Rosa Beach has always been well kept. being on a private beach was much more relaxing and less disturbing. we were able to see our neighbors repeatedly in passing, get to know them a little, and that felt comforting. I haven't been able to do that at other condos on non-private beaches.

Staying here is so much nicer than staying at a hotel. We had space to spread out and for all the stuff we brought with us. An available washer and dryer was very convenient. We had what we needed to cook a few meals so that we didn't have to eat out every meal. The location was a short driving distance to the State Park Beaches that we wanted to visit; grocery stores and some restaurants close; not near as crowded as the Destin/or 30A areas. It was a great value to stay in a beautiful area of the Florida Panhandle.

Perfect location for a short beach trip to 30A. The views of the Gulf from the 3rd and 4th floor rooms can't be beat. Easy access to the beach via the boardwalk over the dunes and access to four different pools on the property in addition to Camp Watercolor a short bike ride away. Wonderful dining options within the hotel with Gather and FOOW

I loved that it was clean, comfortable, modest, well-stocked and in a great location with nice community ammenities. It was not too fancy or too worn. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great visit to the area and were sad to leave.
