When I reserved the ocean view cottage, I didn't realize that there would be a 10' berm between the ocean and the cottage. You could see some ocean above the berm, but I was initially disappointed. The beach was a short walk away though. The cottage itself was cozy! It had all that we needed for our stay. The pillows were too small and much too hard. Otherwise it is very good.

The description states that the suite will sleep 15.
The description states that the suite will sleep 15. They failed to mention that would mean that at least 3 people would have to sleep on couches which are not designed to be slept on. When I expressed my concern about the short number of beds, the receptionist did NOT explain that the couches were included in the number of people the suite could sleep nor did she offer bedding, nor was extra bedding included in any of the closets or storage areas. We have stayed here in the past several times and always enjoyed the facilities, but a recent remodel cut down on the number of beds. Disappointed.

What can one say, it is a fishing town which supports out of area people who go mostly on fishing charters.
They do have festivals which can support families, but you'll have to consult their town website to determine what and when they are hosting them.

This was a short stay in Westport.
This was a short stay in Westport. The cabin was clean and comfy. The grandkids were super excited about the bunk beds. It was within walking distance to the beach, museum, shops and restaurants. A fun stop off along our spring break road trip.

Westport is a terrific little fishing town it’s charming and has some surfing as well.
One of the best places in Washington state to book a fishing trip.
Good places to grab some food and drinks and is very family friendly.
Very easy to get around and plenty of parking.

Enjoyed the local fresh fish and chips from Meranios and Bennetts both were great options. Shopping Granny Hazels for candy and souvenirs. Also shopping at another souvenirs shop. Don’t forget to grab a donut from little Richards such a treat only get once a year but good thing I don’t live closer. We enjoyed our trip to Westport always a little slower pace and that’s what we like.
Really enjoyed staying at the LOGE. It's a really cool place that has a fun concept--it's designed for people who enjoy the outdoors. You can rent surf gear and other outdoor equipment and there's a small store and snack bar which are nice, as well as a community room with a fully-stocked kitchen where you can cook meals. Liz, the property manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Westport LOGE and would definitely stay there again.
The manager is so very sweet funny and caring. I appreciated her being so kind to me while I was there. I has just lost my mom a few weeks back and she was so nice and caring. I felt very safe being right next to the office while traveling by myself. The motel is very close to Westport and everything else you might need, and Grayland is only a 12 minute drive away.
A friend and I where heading out for a quick fishing trip. When I booked the stay I mentioned that I would be towing a boat. the Hotel manager called me to ask how long the boat was and had a spot coned out for us when we got there. The stay was great and everything was perfect. I will stay again.
This motel is great. No, it’s not a luxury hotel so don’t expect that. But it’s tastefully decorated, very clean, cozy, and I'm really happy with my decision to book here.. even as someone who typically avoids motels. I’m really looking forward to returning someday.
Each sleeping area offered privacy, we had a small kitchen to prepare food versus dining out, it was nice having a stand alone cabin vs a reg hotel room, my teen loved the bunk beds and the walking distance beach access was awesome.
We have stayed here many times. It is great and super convenient when clam digging for the weekend. We love Westport and the marina cabins work well for our needs. They also allow our puppies to come along which is A+ for us.
We had so much fun! Close to the beach! This Place would be amazing in the summer with the volley ball and basketball courts! We did a fire with one of their fire pits! Definitely will be back! Westport was amazing!
Comfortable bed, nice big clear TV with many viewing options!
Room was very clean and tidy!
Very nice landscaping in the front, with the rocks, palm trees and flowers! Westport is a very nice location!
Very clean. Had a kitchenette with everything you’ll need to cook with for a short stay. Home away from home…..Nothing fancy, reminded me of a old fashion hotel. The door key is an actual key to use.
Complimentary sodas and snacks! That was a surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Most comfortable bed at a hotel I’ve stayed at in years.
Very nice stay. We kept asking ourselves why anyone would want to pay for a hotel room that would have less accommodations and probably cost more than this place.
