With the St. Augustine Historic District close by and the Atlantic Ocean within a short drive, you can spend your days strolling, sightseeing, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, jet skiing, and swimming to your heart's content. Tour the area and discover local attractions that include Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Old Town Trolley Tours, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, all within a six-mile radius. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior, lofty ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive patio. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
