The accommodations were fine and quite comfortable overall. The breakfast was good, with a selection of hot dishes (scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage patties) as well as cold cereal, bagels, bread (for toast), etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and fragrant lobby. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the room worked well. The gym had great equipment for me to be able to sneak in a work out as well! Everything.

When first arriving I didn’t notice that there wasn’t any shower shower curtain inside the room and the stove for the kitchen did not work one bit. I contacted the front desk about it and they didn’t do anything about the stove. I also let them know that I did not get any shower curtain and the front desk told me that it is in the laundry and will be deliver to my room once it’s clean. I’ve waited two days after yet no shower curtain so I found a clean one on the day that I was leaving and still didn’t even use it. Front desk were friendly but didn’t accommodate what I need due to the housekeeping didn’t do their job. The door never worked at the back and it took about 20 tries to get the key to work, most of the time I had to walk to my room. The price that I paid was not worth the price, unless you wanna live with a bunch of cockroaches and I also have video of the cockroach that was in my room and I let the front desk know about it but they didn’t do anything about it. I’ve definitely would never ever come back to the hotel.

We came to Round Rock because our grandson was in the St. David's Round Rock Medical Center hospital there.
We didn't go anywhere except between the hotel and hospital and fast-food, (What-a-Burger) to eat, so I don't know too much about the town. I didn't like having to cross the interstate between the hotel and hospital, especially with toll roads between our destinations which were only 3-5 miles apart.
We are unfamiliar with the area and kept missing our exits and had to turn around and go through the tolls again.

Size of the room would have made it very difficult to have 2 adults in the room. I was traveling with a small child so that wasn't to bad. Didn't get to see much of the town we were in to attend a shower for my niece. My daughter's favorite spot was the fact we were just minutes from chick fil a.

I changed my initial review based on the discovery of theft committed by the hotel room service by the server from the hotel restaurant, Bar Louie.
I paid cash and the server reported it as no payment so I was also charged on my credit card by the hotel.
The hotel and on-site restaurant, Bar Louie are accessories to this theft.
If you stay here, do not use the room service and I would not pay with credit card at the restaurant due to the risk of fraudulent behavior and theft.

The room was good. Could use some updating.
The room was good. Could use some updating. The lobby was clean. Staff was not real friendly.
The outside pet walking area was never cleaned up while we were there. Some people don't pick up after their pets. Alot of people or workers hanging around the parking lot. Breakfast was not very good.
The staff is friendly and efficient, the facility is very clean and full hot breakfast is always good. We live about 1.5 hours from Round Rock and have frequent Dr. Appt. It's especially nice when I have an early morning surgery. We usually stay the night before and sometimes for a day or two before that long ride home.
Very spacious rooms. All hotels in Austin are expensive but for barely more than a Motel 6 it was a great value. Easy check-in, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, two-room suite (sitting area and sleeping area) made it easy to put down the kid and then turn the lights on in the next room for the adults.
Location is perfect near Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown! We booked this hotel on the fly thinking we were going to end up in a rinky dink motel. We were very surprised and impressed with this hotel!
I liked the restaurant in the hotel along with the giant lobby. I liked my room with a desk and multiple ports to connect my lap top and electronics. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
This hotel was located near IH35 with easy access to Georgetown. The facilities were very modern and inviting. The breakfast was quite good for a buffet, and it was nice to have a bar downstairs.
Quiet, extremely comfortable, well appointed with a gorgeous view of a beautiful full moon from the balcony overlooking Brushy Creek. The best kept secret in Round Rock, Texas. Not to be missed!
we stay here every time we come to Austin for ACL. It is far enough away from Austin that we can enjoy the quiet of Round Rock yet close enough that it is a very short drive to the festival.
