The Sand & Surf Beach House A Nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, this beautifully remodeled 2BR duplex provides a quiet retreat within a 2-minute walk of the beach. You’ll also enjoy easy access to beloved local restaurants, top shopping, and an amusement park. After your adventures, bask in the sun on the elevated front deck. Inside, you’ll love the comfortable one-level floor plan, well-appointed kitchen, and stylish beach decor. LIVING AREA The living area is furnished with two comfy armchairs and a large sectional that converts to a queen-size sleeper. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the 55” flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Newly updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious vacation dishes. When it’s time to eat, share meals at the dining table for three or dine alfresco at the two tables on the deck. BEDROOMS & BATH This unit sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. In the master bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. Step out to a small balcony where you can sip morning coffee and enjoy the gulf breeze. The second bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Return from the beach and rinse off at the outdoor shower in the carport. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the tables for two on the deck. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars (one in the carport and one in the driveway). Parking of RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, or 4-wheelers is not permitted. If traveling with a larger group, the next-door unit can also be rented to accommodate a total of up to 16 guests. This stilted duplex is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
