Tampa is my home town Was back for my 55th (what?) high school reunion! Loved Tampa when I lived there, and much has changed since then, but it is a town that affords a wealth of activities for all ages and personal interest. What ever your
style of living is, there will be an area you will like. Needless to say, tons of vacation activities. Rich in history and cultural diversity.

I was looking for good food and was disappointed all across the board. First night I had jimmystacosfl.com, I had the barria tacos, they were good but they fried the shell too hard,my husband enjoyed his taco bowl,my daughter had the barria tacos as well and enjoyed them.
Second day,for lunch we walked over to the Village Inn, I had french toast, you cannot fry bread and throw butter and powdered sugar on it and call it french toast, my daughter had something that had hollandaise sauce on it,she didnt like it,my grandson had french toast and wanted strawberries, they had a strawberry sauce which he didnt like so i ended up sharing with him,my son loved the hashbrown pancakes,my husband loved his burger and my other grandson loved his french toast,it had to have been the syrup, and no matter what i told her we didnt like it she was like ohhh awww im sorry to hear that .....that night for dinner we had Talkin Tacos....nothing was good about them...we were disappointed....the kids had pizza and they loved it, we then went to the peach cobbler factory,so upsetting.....not good at all

Lots to do and great sports teams, but....the traffic is nightmarish. Many "attractions" are geared towards drinking and partying (not my thing) but if you like that sort of thing, well, party on. Lightning hockey rules!

My family and I had a fantastic time.
My family and I had a fantastic time. I loved staying downtown, enjoyed walking along the Riverwalk, and was thrilled to visit Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach, both of which were stunning. The sunset views at the Riverwalk were breathtaking, and the soft white sand at the beaches made for a perfect day. I had the chance to share the sea experience with my baby girl for the first time, and I’m grateful that it was in Florida. Tampa is a wonderful city, though parking downtown can be a bit tricky at times

Tampa is a shit hole.
Tampa is a shit hole. Crime everywhere, sirens all hours of the night, and undesirable people everywhere. Only reason I go is Busch gardens and I conceal carry. If you don't carry them go somewhere else.

Everything was new and in very good quality. The kitchen has an oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, big fridge, just everything one needs. We felt very comfortable and safe. Even parking is in closed garage. SmartTV with streaming. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor.
In very close proximity to Ybor city and Tampa downtown.
Good location for exploring Ybor City and close to tram to get to downtown Tampa and other attractions.
Nice sized room, comfortable bed, welcoming staff, nice pool.
Reasonable value for money.
