This stunning three-bedroom apartment is ideal for families seeking a conveniently located, spacious lock-up-and-go with all the comforts of a hotel. The open-plan living area provides ample space to relax and enjoy sunset views over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows let in fresh sea air, while two panel heaters keep it cozy on colder days. Both lounges have flatscreen TVs with DSTV, and the dining area seats eight. The open-plan kitchen boasts new Smeg appliances and all essentials for cooking with a view. All bedrooms feature ample cupboard space, American shutters, ceiling fans, panel heaters, and hotel-quality 300 thread count linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedrooms two and three share a second bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom and bedroom two also have flatscreen TVs with DSTV. LOAD SHEDDING BACKUP What is Powered: Lights & plugs What Isn’t Powered:Oven,Stove, Fridge, washer & dryer Old lifts off during load shedding. New lift works during 2h30m load shedding, during 4h30 lift will switch off & if there are electrical outages in the area to conserve backup power on the inverter. HOUSEKEEPING Mon - Sat excl. Sun & Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping arranged on request at additional costs. CHILD POLICY All ages welcome. SMOKING POLICY Strictly non-smoking inside & outside. In a secure building - you will be required to submit guest information before arrival. No suitcases allowed in the new lift, only old lifts to be used. There's a garage for guest use. SUV or similar vehicles requiring additional height clearance will not fit. Ample parking available in a parking lot across the road. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by Truvi, a globally recognised trust and safety company. You will be contacted by Truvi directly soon after making your booking to complete your verification and damage deposit.
