The main factors are “location”, “value”, and “amenities and services”. The hotel is right next to traditional shopping areas, Yu Garden, and few other touristy areas. It is also a walking distance to the Huang Pu River area. Although the timing was not right, December was quite cold and windy. But we really enjoyed the walk.
