well the two main rooms cannot be really visited: you stay at the entrance, and have a look from outside. For good reasons: humidity and preservation. The area itself is charming and the cloister and the gallery are beautiful. If you want to visit the two libraries, in, a special booking is necessary.

The location is just perfect: yards from Prague Castle, Strahov Monastery, and the tram stop. Charles Bridge is within 10 minutes of a slow walk. There is a little kitchen in the room (no microwave though). And the staff was exceptionally friendly.VassiliUnited Kingdom
