We liked the size of the room and the view from the terace.
We liked the size of the room and the view from the terace. There was a refresment waiting for us (coffe, juice, water, small cake). Room was clean, nice smell. But we spent there a night in January and the heating was not working. I wanted to reheat by warm shower, but there was not enought hot water to even wash my hair. I was frozen and catch a cold over the night. The bed was very noisy with each small move. The window was oposite to a building, very dark inside. All I will remember is dark and cold room. Shell I add how long we were looking for a place to park the car in those tiny streets?

We spent two nights here in winter, which was enough. The temples took a full day, give them time. Lots to see in the old town with plenty exercise climbing all the steps.
Lots of great bars and restaurants.

We visited here because we wanted to see the Valley of Temples. We ended up adding a day to our visit to explore the city and relax at Villa Athena Resort, which is really near the archelogical site.
Agrigento has many great restaurants and patisseries to help you increase your waistline. Many shops to buy nice clothes and jewelry on the main street Via Atena.
Also just a few minute drive to the beach, which offers lots of parking and restaurants.

We loved the old town with narrow streets and many intimate piazza’s. We found it a bit difficult accessing and using public transport so we walked everywhere. Everything of archeological interest was quite close, the churches were beautiful but a little more subdued than most. The food was delicious, our air bnb host was excellent. It wasn’t difficult to park the car free as well.

We visited Agrigento to see the valley of the Temples and we were not disappointed. We visiting in our own car and so concerned about parking. Parking at the valley was easy with lots of room and a machine which accepted cash and cards to pay for the parking, which was not expensive. Pay the 6 Euros to get a hand held guide in your own language, it tells you everything about each temple and the ancient Greek city (Akragas).
You can see the whole site in a day.

Valley of the Temples is obviously THE big drawcard, but after that I would also do the tour of the almost 1,000 year old Cattedrale di San Gerlando, walk up with tower for great views back over Valley of the Temples and then onto the close by Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Greci (included with Cattedrale price) to look into the crypts below through the glass floor of the church. So much history in the one location!
Our morning breakfast by the swimming pool was just right. The coffee, cheeses and meats hit the spot. The location allowed us to enjoy the beach and waterfront near Agrigento without the crazy city driving right in downtown, but was very nearby. Within a few short minutes we were at the Valley of the Temples and had easy access to everything, while staying at an amenity rich small hotel. The host, Tonino was available and provided great help with our stay. His staff was professional and made every hour perfect.
It was a gorgeous family-run property with fabulous pool and gardens. The breakfast was really, really good- satisfied a 6ft 1’ 16 year old boy, 21yo girl and us. Yoghurt, fresh fruit, condiments, loads of different sweet pastries and panini’s, omelette and of course, capuccino, macchiato, hot choc etc. Gian Carlo is the king - awesome owner. Gave us a fabulous restaurant suggestion, which turned out to be one of oyr best in Sicily. Plus, it is 4 minutes to Valley of the Temples… super close.
Fantastic breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace with unrivaled views. They offered a mini fridge stocked with water, soda, beer, and wine at super competitive prices. Extremely helpful hosts. They offered food recommendations as well as must-see sights to visit. As we did not have a car, the owners arranged to have one of their friends drive us to/from an amazing beach near the Scala dei Turchi. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever get back to Agrigento for a visit!
Casa Tita was by far the best place we stayed at during our Sicilian trip. Fabio and Sandro were great host that put fabulous breakfasts everyday even on our last day where we had to leave early to catch our flight.
My kids helped Sandro feed the stray cats (yes there are many) while we were discussing life in Sicily or our day plans with Fabio. Thanks for making our stop in Agrigento memorable.
Perfect location, and very central, close to bars and restaurants, and close to all the popular streets in Agrigento. Perfect place to get a real sense of Sicily
The host was very friendly, and kindly provided all the useful information I needed to make my visit unforgettable.
The room was super clean, spacious and very well presented, with super fast wifi available.
Highly recommended 😊
The stay was magical with a balcony and view over the city rooftops & church towers…the swallows were everywhere. The breakfast was perfect with THE BEST TIRAMISU I have ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly and served your choice of coffee every morning with breakfast. THANK YOU for making our Sicily trip so memorable. We would love to return!
We stayed two nights. Great location close to the temples (visible from balcony). The breakfast was phenomenal. Comfortable room with many outlets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to work with us on a few special requests. Free onsite (dedicated) parking. Highly recommend. Our favorite stay in Sicily.
Such a great place! Located near Agrigento with a view on the temples. But more than this, such a nice family that manages this B&B. We have traveled the tour of Sicily, but this was by far our best experience. And let's not forget the animals that live there, especially Tito the dog... this little guy stole my heart :-)
It was new, stylish, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, good breakfast
One of the best value for price ratio in a hotel
Wish i could have stayed longer
It was perfect location in agrigento, especially for a 1 day trip to see the valley of temples
10/10 go stay in this hotel and you will be happy
Everything was perfect at this place. We felt like home. The host, Fabio, was very kind and friendly. He helped us with recommendations of restaurants and tourist attractions.
The place was very modern and clean. If we are coming back în Agrigento one day, definitely we will choose Sicily Dreams Luxury.
Staying at this B&B is like staying in a museum. It's full of amazing art and antiques, and Francesco is a wonderfully warm and engaging host. Probably our favorite accommodations in Sicily, and made our stay in Agrigento very memorable! Thank you, Francesco!
Pinuccia and Alfonso were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious. I especially liked all the conversations that we shared in Italian and French. I learned a lot about Agrigento and Sicily from them. The personal contact is why I stay in B&Bs.
Very high standards/ lovely accomodation. Great breakfast. Lovely owner. Great location for The Valley of the Temples and Agrigento.
We would highly recommend B&B Sorahnia. It was the best accomodation we came across during our week in Sicily.
WOW, not only was it an incredible location, our hosts and the facilities were more than expected. AND... the breakfast. If you eat nothing else, you have to try their breakfast. This is the best place in all of Sicily to stay.
central location, felt home from the moment we arrived, best breakfast during our road trip through Sicily, we even got a little lunch pack for our trip to the valley of the temples.
