It is not my first time to stay in this lovely hotel . It maintained the superior and fascinating attitude. This time I was unhappy on check in that I got the room on opposite side of the mountain but next morning I loved that room and I was so happy to get the room that face the sun rise with beautiful view of the green mountains . It seems that the size of the room is bigger than other rooms those looks to the mountain . What attract my attention that the staff will help you to carry what ever you carry in your hand from shopping mall and delivered to your room with smiling face as if you are in Asia . I did not noticed this behavior in another hotels in Istanbul

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathtub was good but shower was too small. Breakfast was so delicious and various options in buffet. Service was also very good in breakfast area. Food and Beverage personel was helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect.
