Buy a single something or an entire meal to either eat in or take away. It is so inexpensive & as fresh as you could imagine. Take your purchases across the Circle & eat in Central Park for a real buzz.

The horse drawn carriages by Central Park must be put out of business. Please boycott them ! Do you think these majestic, intelligent horses like walking round & round this same monotonous path day after day, breathing car exhaust 8 hours a day, walking on hard concrete, having to wear blinders in the stressful high traffic & noise, being FORCED to do this like slaves ... only to return to horrible housing conditions at night ? Horses are NOT our slaves ! After this life of drudgery & extreme hard labor in weather extremes, they deserve to go to sanctuary ASAP, & live out their days in peace. BOYCOTT New York horse drawn carriages ! There is nothing fun or romantic about enslaving a horse !

The shared bathrooms were clean and the people that I encountered in the hallways seemed nice. They were mostly young European tourists. It felt safe. I didn't get to use the swimming pool, but I had access to it.
