1) the employees of the Manor hotel put my colleague at risk of loss of life and health, as a result of which my colleague was hospitalized with a damaged head,
2) we lost our return plane tickets
3) I waited 5 hours for the hotel to give me the address of the hospital where my colleague is. I don't know why the hotel did not want to give me the address
4) the hotel staff wanted to extort money from me to pay for my friend's hospital, and it turned out that the hospital is free
5) please let everyone know how terrible people work in this hotel

the hotel is stalking me and trying to stalk my family, trying to intimidate me

Very nice villa. 15 minutes from airport. After half an hour to take taxi.
