Very clean and comfortable, staff was very gracious. Nice views over the lake (if you book a lake view room), nice spa. We didn't try the breakfast as we're not big on breakfast so for us the CHF 45 a head seemed steep. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Complimentary assortment of drinks in the room. Comfortable room. The manager on duty provided us the wine glasses and help open our wine bottle. He was so sweet. He also provided the tea kettle. The breakfast and the morning coffee excellent.
