In the heart of the city center, this elegant Victorian hotel offers stylish rooms with 32-inch Freeview flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. Carlisle Train Station is next to this property.

double room was a good size, clean with en-suite bathroom, tv, wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron, bedside cabinets with lamps, bathroom had shampoo, shower gel etc, bath mat and nice fluffy towels. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Location is a short walk into the centre of carlisle and right next to the railway station for travel purposes. There is a small car park which i didn't use this time - i think there is a charge for this possibly?

The new look Cumbria Park Hotel has been extensively refurbished with major improvements to our bedrooms, reception, and bar/lounge areas.

Excellent breakfast . Restaurant food very good. Staff all very welcoming and helpful.

Just 6 miles from the historic city of Carlisle, The Crown Hotel is set in the picturesque village of Wetheral.

room was nice comfortable and clean The breakfast was really good plenty to choose from the staff were friendly and helpful the location was not to far from the main roads - motorway links We asked if we could have twin beds instead of double and they e-mailed back qiuckly to say it was done Thank you We would probably stay there again

This family-run hotel in the center of Gretna offers a warm welcome in homey surroundings. It is near to Gretna Register Office, Anvil Hall and the famous blacksmith's shop.

Not my first visit. I know the property well. Always a pleasure to stay here.

    Very close to cumberland infirmary hospital , well equipped (washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils….), the staff who are responsible for the property are super nice and helpful(we had issue in the shower and they came right away). Mr Andy was extremely nice and friendly , he picked me up with his own car when there was no taxi to take me :(
