The staff is very nice until something happens, in my case it was a broken bed, they had me call them on WhatsApp with camera on and lift up the bed at 1 am in the night before allowing me to switch rooms.

Rialto Bridge
This ridge outside Agrigento is an archaeological treasure trove and one of the world’s most well-preserved collections of Ancient Greek architecture. In one area, you can wander between the stunning Temple of Concordia—built in the 5th century BC—the ancient Temple of Vulcan, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus that was sacked by the Carthaginians in 406 BC.

We always go to Venice off season but even so people tend to congregate around the Rialto....there is so much more to Venice than this tourist draw. Never stay in the area, don't eat in the area and hit all the back streets to discover the magic of this city.

Always crowded, so we just stood to the side and watched. Watched the boats, the people, the hussle and bussle. We were in awe over so many things. Saw a gal dressed like a young version of Cruella De Vil last time and her look was amazing!

It is a charming place, too many people everytime but it is nice to be there, experience the place and enjoy the view. It is also a must to go on the Vaporetto and see the bridge from the Grand canal.

It was very crowded in the off season.
It was very crowded in the off season. I can't even imagine the crowds in the high season. The main canal under the Rialto Bridge is the highway with all goods and services moving through. It isn't the serene paintings that you typically see. Rather it is highly skilled captains and gondoliers that are narrowly passing one another.

No accessible way for handicap people to cross the bridge to get to the other side. Only 4 bridges in the entire place are accessible. I had a very difficult time getting across with my walker. Imagine a person in a wheelchair bound that cannot walk. Also the streets are little blocks that are dangerous when you walk. That's the way things roll in Venice by boat and by walking.

Stay away during crowded hours, and keep an eye out for pickpockets. But be sure to see it, but go early in the morning or in the evening -- it's a centrally important feature to the history and culture of this great city.

Absolutely wonderful location and stay. Updated apartment in the most perfect location. Close to the train station so just one bridge to carry your luggage over and right on a canal with a gondola station across the way. Fantastic little patio to sit and watch the activity across the canal and enjoy the vibes of Venice. Wonderfully close to a grocery store and great restaurants. About 20 minute walk to Rialto bridge but also super easy to hop on the Vaperetto and get around the main canal.
The hotel is located right in the middle of many tourist attractions. Rialto bridge. St mark cathedral and doges palace are within walking distance. The facility is updated although the rooms screen window needs fixing. On the first night there were mosquitos that kept us awake. The water leaks in the door of shower enclosure. But otherwise we had a great stay. and Venice was one of the cities we would like to return if there is a chance and we will book in same hotel
The Venice apartment was in a great location, perfectly situated near the iconic Rialto Bridge and just a short walk from the charming Piazzetta San Marco, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. A nearby café, where we enjoyed delicious soufflé pancakes, was a delightful highlight. We also appreciated that the bedding and provided towels were clean and well-maintained.
The apartment offered one of the best accommodations in Venice — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located with a stunning view of the Rialto Bridge from the balcony. Situated in a key location, it was close to restaurants, shopping outlets, and just steps away from the water taxi.
Property was roomier than it looked in the photos. Clean, comfortable, good location - about 7 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Good printed information for Venice in apartment.
Loved the location , less than 10 mins walk to st marks square , Rialto bridge 10 mins also , comfortable apartment, washing machine , Carla was extremely friendly and met us half way to the apartment and also made clear how to get there , will definitely stay there again as this is my 6th trip to Venice
Our stay in Venice was truly enhanced by the wonderful place we stayed at. The location is perfect—very close to the Rialto Bridge and just a 10-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Easy to reach from the train station as well. The view of the canal from the window is absolutely charming! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable (we stayed in the two-bedroom unit, ideal for two adults and two children). A special thank you to our host Maurizio—so kind and helpful. We’d love to come back again!
The host was very proactive and made sure we had all necessary information in good time. Venice is a bit of a maze but we were given instructions that were sufficient to lead us al the way to the house (no google maps needed ;) ). The apartment has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and is relatively close to the Rialto bridge. It has a kitchenette for light cooking / breakfast.
For a family of five I can’t imagine a better place. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The building is right on one of the canals and located near the Rialto bridge but just far enough to be quiet in the evenings. A water taxi picked us up at the hotel for a transfer to the train station and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.
Venice is a small city, but the apartment is located pretty close to San Marco plaza and is easy to carry luggage to/from Rialto bridge water bus station. Sabrina gave us easy to access instructions to access the apartment. The hidden bathroom was very unique in a good way :)
