New, modern, spacious property, comfortable bed, full kitchen, laundry room and wonderful garden. Responsible host. Also marketing good quality backpacks & bags at very reasonable price. Super convenient & close to The Mall Factory Outlet (by car). Strongly recommended. Will use again in my next Florence visit.

The outside grounds were decent. The staff not overly friendly like in our last 2 stops but ok. Location was good. Very easy to find. A few ok restaurants nearby.
