Wonderful contemporary-style hotel, in a good location from which to explore Osaka. 10 min walk from train station. Comfortable facilities (lobby area, bar, laundry facilities, gym, …). Great bed and sheets. Breakfast is good, offering Japanese and international choice. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

This is a very artistic hotel which makes us feel super impressive! The deco, the logo design, the items placed in the room and reception are all surprisingly amazing! I would love to live in this hotel again when visiting Osaka next time.

Very good location, restaurants and convini all around. The room is very spacious and clean, the shower is fantastic and separated from the toilet by a door. But the shower is a dream. Very good service and free soda and cold water at the front. Also, very close to train stations

    The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to public transportation - though not directly next to Shin-Osaka Station, where the Shinkansen trains stop. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the on-site onsen (spa) was a highlight of the stay. Its central location made it a great base for exploring the area, including the nearby Nakanoshima Museum of Art - a true gem - and the adjacent, older art museum, which was also worth a visit. This hotel would also be a great choice for those planning to attend Expo 2025.

    I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect-close to Osaka station city from where I could go wherever I want. The service was truly excellent, with staff going out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Coffee was great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

    Absolutely everything! It’s clean, comfortable, spacious, well set up, great facilities, close to everything! Only 3 stations away from Namba and Osaka stations and 30 min from Kyoto! The best restaurant in town is literally located downstairs! 7/11, Lawson and Family mart are 2 min away from the apartment. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, thank you.

Room is clean and comfortable but small which is probably normal in Japan cities hotel. A reasonable dining place on the ground floor which is convenient if you arrive a bit late and tired.

    Nice and spacious rooms for Japan. Staff was helpful at all times. Outstanding amenities bar with all kind of free stuff for adults and kids. Location is good and about 6 minutes walking from Shin-Osaka station. Some restaurants around but you can find more in the station. A few convenience stores within 2-4 minutes walking. Hotel has a laundry room very useful for those travelling during long time.
