The view on Garden by the Bay was unbelievable. The light show every night was beautiful. We could hear the music from the room. We loved the "room styling". Cables were tied beautifully, a cloth was left underneath our glasses every night. Letters were slid under the door to communicate. The staff was incredibly nice, patient and helpful from reception, to the rooms to the sky park. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with all types of options and the juice were fresh and delicious.

I was travelling with 2 elderly members and we had a late check-in (at almost midnight). The hotel staffs proactively communicated in advance regarding our special needs. Foods were provided as requested even tho they were not available on the hotel menu. Wheelchair was provided during the check-in as requested. And, we also got free upgrade to the Suite room :)

Location was excellent, also has two malls right next to it is marina square mall and across was Suntec City. The rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable bed, well sized bathroom.

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Center.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and well located, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is out of this world awesome, make sure you include the buffet!
