Everything was clean comfortable and easy to access

Very well located to where we wanted to go clean great towels good food clean room very comfortable bed

Great hotel, nice staff, excellent location in Williamsburg, very close to Bedford station (1 stop form manhattan) Rooms were comfortable, large and cleaned everyday. Fresh coffee everyday to brew in your room or ready at reception and cold water available at all times. Did not get a chance to try out “Eñ Nico” restaurant on the top floor, but the view was amazing. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect location, close to all the restaurants and cafes and to the L station. Everything was clean. Will definitly stay there again next time

Very clean, all the stuff at the hotel ( front desk, bell man, house keeping) were all friendly, kind , helpful and their smiles were very welcoming. Especially, lady mane Yasmin Fadil at the front desk was so nice! I will definitely stay at William vale next time.

I loved everything about the hotel - the location, the room, the staff, the service. Everything was thought for the guests.

This is by far my favorite hotel. I come in every year on my way to see family. I love everything about it. The staff is excellent, the service is always excellent. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable. It's clean, and I love the neighborhood

I liked how the train station was not too far. Literally about 5-6 blocks away. I liked how the bathroom was fully stocked, how the hallways smelled so good. I liked how friendly the staff was and how easy check in was. The bed was comfy.

I loved everything, especially the warm staff!

- I like that the property was a good location - The front desk attendants were very polite and accommodating - The room was comfortable especially for the price

Amazing!! My kids love it here!

Reception, staff service, facilities, almost everything.

The efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the room

Wonderful staff especially Mr. Raul who ensured that our stay was enjoyable. He was charming and helpul.

The staff was incredible, especially the young girl at the desk. She was kind and professional and the young man kept everything clean in the hotel, he was mopping the floor when we came back from a wedding. The hotel is really clean. The staff had made flower towels and bow ties in the bathroom, such intricate details that definitely stay with you as you think about the hotel. The area is industrial however Nova Hotel is definitely accommodating at a prestigious level.

Prompt reply from maintenance staff

Great location, close to Woodside LIRR station, easy access into Manhattan.

The location was amazing and the neighborhood was nice and quiet!! I’ve stayed in New York before and this was by far the most peaceful!

Everything, room, location, staff, breakfast, like I said EVERYTHING

Very quiet and very clean. Everything good
