room very nice and comfortable. Great location to the wharf and boardwalk. lovely ocean breeze. Nice view of ocean from upper front porch with 4 comfy chairs. We had a room with the hot tub which we used and enjoyed.

It was clean and modern. The balcony was nice, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was walkable to the beach and boardwalk.

Now I’ll be dreaming about having my own Marriott Simmons one. The room size was just ok for two Q size beds. The bathroom was freshly renovated and clean but no toilet privacy. I loved the shower lighting detail, it looks like day light.
