The hotel was very nice and modern, and I loved how spacious it was. There were six of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The entire place was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I would definitely stay here again!

Josh and the other staff were exceptional and accomodating. The place was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Lots of different zones to hang out in & common areas to come together.

The staff was rude. The bathtub was filthy and I had to use all the towels to clean it. There was no blanket and the desk clerk was rude . It took me 4 hours to get a blanket so ( got no sleep The over night desk clerk clerk was terrifyingly mean, into and downright hostile. I have epilepsy and have highly trained service dog. After double charging me on deposit, they lied about my dog urinating to keep two deposits (one totally u authorized) and cussed me out and hung up on me when I tried to resolve the matter. Also the dog urinating lie did not surface from them until I told them about my double deposit they did. It took them y days to think of that and my dog has never urinated in any interior setting . They charged me over the price I booked at,and neither bookings com or the hotel will help me get my money back.
