I love this hotel normally. Unfortunately this time someone at reception was horrible to me, shouting insults, calling me ‘nasty’. I have no idea why she started to shout like that. It was a terrible experience and my last visit to this hotel.

Were given a room change as 1st room was next to compressor so first night was disturbed. Close location to Times Square & not far from Metro station. We also liked the free drink vouchers for Long Room (next door)

Very good Studio close to Ferry which is free of charge. You can leave near car on street without pay. Owners very nice and help so much and explian what is interesting in New York. I reccomend this studio and the owner.
