I like Drury service in general. This one is an old facility w below average service of inn n suite, not Drury plaza hotel level but charged almost as much as Santa Fe Drury Plaza hotel which as excellent. This facility does not have designated rooms for the dogs. I love dogs but very allergic to most of the dog hairs n danders. I had serious allergy attacks n found out that it was from the dog. Managed w Zertac but serious allergic reaction. Parking was not so easy n huge trucks parked in a small parking lot. I mentioned above to the front desk person, the manager wrote an email to apologize n gave me a one night free voucher for the future use. The gesture was good but most likely I would not subject myself to a serious allergy again.

Just off I-40, this hotel is located on 500 acres of Ponderosa Pine forest. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Free transport services to Flagstaff Pulliam Airport are offered during limited hours....

Overall, we found the room relatively clean. There were also a lot of great amenities. We did not use the pool, but the gym was a nice end to a long day. The room was extremely spacious. The breakfast was also good with both hot and to-go items. The 24/7 coffee bar was a nice end to the day and start to the morning. The heater/AC worked well.
