Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

We rode across it to get into Canada and again to get back to the United States! Make sure to have your passport ready and to answer any questions the boarder men may ask! Also have your hotel information printed out just in case they ask--we had to show ours!

It was easy to walk across to the Canada side.

It was easy to walk across to the Canada side. Other reviewers had mentioned needing 4 quarters for the toll to return to the USA. Was glad we knew that. Quick and easy crossing borders. Just needed passports, and answer a couple of questions.

I had a great stay at Sunny’s place. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning. Sunny is a warm hostess. The house is about a half-hour walk from the Falls, and only about 15 min to Rainbow Bridge, and the walk along the river is very nice. I enjoyed that stroll and the lovely location. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Niagara Falls.

Our suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. The large balcony had a view to the Niagara River gorge. We enjoyed walking to the falls and walking over the nearby Rainbow Bridge. The breakfast was freshly made, filling, and varied each day. Thank you to Jin & Lin for their friendly hospitality!

Location was convenient. I could walk to the falls and easily cross the Rainbow Bridge into the USA. The room was clean and comfortable. All I needed was a solid place to stay with a hot shower, and I got it. The building and room were clean and cared for. I thought the Caddy theme was adorable. It was also a sweet bonus that all rooms are 1st floor and I could park right in front of my door. Staff members were kind. I did not really ask for anything or need much assistance beyond check-in, but friendly people are always appreciated.

The owner was very friendly and responsive. The home was very clean and fairly spacious. One bedroom has a queen and a double bed. One room has a queen and a twin bed. Bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a full bath near bedrooms and a toilet and sink on the main floor. There is a kitchen with a table and a separate dining room, so there is plenty of eating space. The homes location is an easy drive to the Niagara Falls attractions, about 5 minutes away and 10 minutes from Rainbow Bridge, Canadian and American border.

House is very confortable for a family, plenty of space to huddle and relax after a day of sightseeing. Very short drive to the main attractions on Victoria Ave. Free parking a plus. Easy to get drive in and out to the main attractions, the scenic routes and to/from Rainbow bridge.
