Amazing, comfortable, with exceptional service!

Very cozy and comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and places of interest. Amenities provided are top notched; snacks, fruits and drinks are provided in the hallways.

It was our first time in Boston, and we stayed here for a whole week. It’s a smaller city than I imagined so it’s easy to walk almost anywhere, but this location seemed very centrally located, and the amenities were great. It had a welcoming vibe and even put out free candy, fresh donuts and hot apple cider. But more than that, the staff was exceptional! Would definitely recommend!!

Staff had lots of personality (in a good way). Rooms were well designed for reading in bed, making coffee, charging devices & getting ready. Seaport location fabulous for restaurants, walkable.

Loved the easy check-in and how secure the rooms are. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and the lobby was absolutely beautiful. The location was great, and everything I could want for a nice visit was in walking distance, and a subway station was right across the street. The room was very compact, and at first, I didn't think I would like it, but I ended up loving it. It was just enough space and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the view was amazing. I was amazed at how quickly the hot water worked and how it stayed hot and also although I'm not a tap water drinker one night I ran out of bottle water and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and refreshing it was. Housekeeping is by request, which is fine by me, and there was almost always a housekeeper available in the hallway during the day if I needed anything. The whole room is controlled by an iPad, which was really cool. There is a setting to have specific moods in the room, like drawn currents, soft dim lights, and low music for sleep; that was a really nice touch. I didn't notice a phone in the room. Sadly, I don't believe there was one or room service, but there is food downstairs. The kitchen is open until 10, I believe, and after that, drink and snacks are available. I had a pizza and wasn't impressed but hadn't wanted to face 13° weather, so it was acceptable. The lobby is like a quiet social hub and has a very welcoming atmosphere. All in all, as someone who has visited many different hotels, i must say I was VERY impressed by CitizenM and can't wait to stay again in a different city.
