Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Tí was SO generous with his help, he made sure I never carried my bags or had to move my motorbike myself. An absolute gentleman!

The room, the bath was fabulous, the view incredible and the bed was the best I’ve had in Vietnam. The pool was refreshing- some are way too warm but this was the perfect temperature.
The meals were 5 star especially the chocolate fondue, a must!!!
The staff were always so helpful, nothing too much trouble.
