Clive and Leslie run a very good boutique hotel, however, this would mean nothing if it were not for the fantastic staff. I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!

Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property. Pamarah lodge was a breath of fresh air. The staff are exceptional and detail orientated (the welcome drink and facecloth were a nice touch). The rooms were great and clearly had a lot of thought behind them. Having USB charging on both sides of the bed, fresh ground coffee and a french press, a ceiling fan and an AC unit, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing, among the best I've had at a hotel, the restraunt at night was fantastic. The overall vibe of the place was one of relaxation. The front desk were able to organize dinners, tours, taxis, and laundry and did so with a smile. A must if in Victoria Falls.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options can also be requested. The property is beautiful! the design & layout is stunning & the rooms were gorgeous. The staff were all super lovely too which is always welcomed.

The location was a little out of town (so less helicopter noise) and was perfectly serene. One of the best places we have ever stayed. We will be back! The staff were all wonderful.
