Full stop. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one, in terms of the room in particular, matches or exceeds them all. As others have noted, the Art’otel team seem to have though of every little detail in order to make you stay as high quality as possible. The breakfast is worth a special mention. It’s simply amazing quality. It’s not a buffet, but the three courses will set you up exceptionally well for the day. Location is also excellent — it’s only a brief 5-minute walk to Old Street station, which will whisk you into central London in a couple of stops. Alternatively, you can take a longer but enjoyable walk down to Liverpool Street station and jump on there, or carry on walking and take yourself into the City. I could write a lot more about all the little details that make this hotel so impressive, but will stop here and simply urge you to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

The room is spacious, beautifully furnished, with a kitchenette and a washing machine. The shower is outstanding, you can easily lose the track of time there. The bed will make you want to stay there the whole day. The location is great, close to the city center, bus stops, a coach station, and a train station. The staff was lovely. The check in and check out process was smooth and fast.
